Designer Homes Abroad Website Wins DesignFirms.org Award

A Website produced by Contented.it and Single Cel Creative Design has received a design award from DesignFirms.org for the Designer Homes Abroad Website (Formely Polaris World Info).

DesignFirms.org is a leading Website for promoting and showcasing work from new media agencies. For an award, Websites are rated by a panel of judges on: creativity and design; programming and compatibility; and ease of use and effectiveness;

The Designer Homes Abroad Website received a score of 95 out of a possible 99 points.

Content Management System Wins Submerge Award

A project created by Will Earp Creative Director of Contented.it, has won third prize in the Commecial Value category at the Submerge Exhibition 2004, and lands Submerge Admin System project.

The ContentEdit Content Management System provides powerful data management features combined with a simple and intuitive user interface for remote management of a MySQL database, with support for relational data, multiple record editing, the system can be easily setup to manage Website data without the need to add any code to the existing site.

The aim of the project was to build the main editing interface to a database configurable Content Management system that could handle complex relational data whilst making it easy to manage, with a view to it eventually being developed into an online service for freelancers and new media agencies to be able to offer a professional content management solution to their clients.

The commercial system which builds on the technology entered for the Submerge award is currently under development.
